In terms of 0.45 mm ring magnets slice ultra-thin cutting, traditional cutting rate is low, cutting accuracy and surface quality is unstable.While cutting rate of CG400 multi-wire saw machine was 99.8%, and the good piece cutting rate is 95.7% , average cutting accuracy is + / - 0.01 mm, and the knife edge of CG400 multi wire saw is small, and the piece rate is over 70% more than the traditional ones.
